How I got here.
Software Delivery
I started as a back-end developer in Paris. Quickly moved into project management. At XWiki (an open-source software company) I spent over 7 years. I joined as a project manager and left as production director. In between: team management, enterprise client relationships (SFR, Pôle Emploi, CNFPT, USH, Aelia), and a lot of high-pressure deliveries.
AI & entrepreneurship
At La Javaness, I led the design of an AI system for job seekers: my first real exposure to artificial intelligence applied to a product. At the same time, I built Oui Morphée, a D2C e-commerce brand. Digital marketing, Shopify, sales funnels... I did all of it myself.
Building alone with AI
I founded TraderPro, a SaaS for professional traders. End-to-end encrypted trading journal, analytics. I built it full-stack with Python and JavaScript, assisted by Claude. That's when I understood what AI could really do when you give it the right framework.
Lemoine Agency
The logical next step. I took everything I learned: delivery discipline, product thinking, AI as a production tool... and turned it into an agency. A multi-agent pipeline that delivers complete web projects. AI codes, I make sure it holds up.
